There are 5 workshops, helping you to integrate refugees and migrants to your workplace. You can get insights about refugees’ background, learn how to train refugees and migrants on the job and assess their competences. Also there are workshops about diversity management and easy language.

The COME IN team has carried out a transnational research with employers.

Within the research we gained valuable insight into employers’ and other stakeholders’ attitudes to hiring refugees considering benefits and barriers linked to refugees’ employment. We also looked at competences that employers require and thus achieved better understanding of their training needs and preferences.

The COME IN team identified and analysed best practice projects and initiatives on integration of
